About the Product Family
E-LOOP is ELIX Polymers brand name for sustainable solutions and circular innovations. The benefits of this more sustainable product portfolio are the replacement of fossil resources with circular and sustainable raw materials and, thereby, the reduction of the CO2 footprint.
The first product to be successfully developed by ELIX Polymers was a high quality sustainable ABS/PC. The mechanically recycled ABS/PC blend E-LOOP H801 MR has equivalent properties to the standard H801 material, which has a long track record in the market and is mainly used for demanding interior and exterior applications in the automotive industry.
The sustainable portfolio from ELIX Polymers has since been expanded with E-LOOP Ultra 4105 MR, PC/ABS E-LOOP 5120 MR and ELIX PC/ABS E-LOOP 5130 MR.
The ABS blends have equally high stiffness, excellent impact strength and good flowability. The sustainable E-LOOP solutions from ELIX Polymers meet the requirements of the automotive industry, such as low emission values and good paintability. Compared to the previous prime versions, the CO2 footprint is significantly lower.
