The compatibility of work and private life is a particular concern for us. Thus, we offer flexihours to our employees since more than 25 years. Our hybrid working model makes it possible to work from home two days a week in consultation with your executive officer. Extra hours as a result of a high work load can be taken at a later date or be switched to an extra day off.
