About the Product Family

RYNITE® are thermoplastic polyesters based on polyethylene terephthalate that have been specially modified for injection moulding. Depending on requirements, the materials are reinforced with glass fibres or minerals, and some variants are flame-retardant and UV-stabilised. These properties ensure excellent dimensional stability and outstanding creep resistance, making RYNITE® an ideal choice for demanding applications.

The material impresses with its high heat resistance, excellent colour stability and good electrical conductivity. These properties make it particularly suitable for use in the automotive, electronics and electrical industries, as well as in household appliances and mechanical engineering components.

Typical applications include brake systems, microswitches, coilformers, photovoltaic modules and housings for household appliances such as irons and microwaves. Thanks to its versatility and high performance, RYNITE® is used successfully in various industries worldwide.
