About the Product Family
FORFLEX® is the name of the range of polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomers (TPO) from Celanese. The heterophasic compound consists of an amorphous and a crystalline phase. This chemical composition ensures that the TPO from Celanese has excellent elasticity at both high and low temperatures.
It can be processed by injection moulding and extrusion. Applications include wheel housing or fenders in the automotive sector and ski shoes in the sport and leisure sector.
