High double-digit improvement rates in optimization
M.OPT® is an AI-based multi-physics optimization toolbox that, as a development tool for parts, assemblies, and system components, can pursue multiple optimization goals simultaneously. Interactions between physical disciplines are captured and taken into account in the design, opening up far larger solution spaces than before. In the optimization of existing products, high double-digit improvement rates for key target variables compared to the initial design are common place, even on the first attempt.

Warpage optimization with M.OPT® – Award at the SPE Automotive Award
An automotive support structure optimized for BMW AG using the M.OPT® design engineering toolbox received an award in the "Enabler Technology" category at the 20th SPE Automotive Awards 2021.
