XANTAR® C are polycarbonates (PC) and polycarbonate blends from Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics. The products feature very good mechanical properties such as high impact strength even at low temperatures and high dimensional stability. The transparent and weathering resistant engineering plastic is suitable for applications in head lamps and LED components, for example in the automotive sector.
XANTAR® C can be used in a variety of continuous service temperatures that range from -40 °C to +120 °C. Its electrical properties remain stable over this temperature range, making it predestined for applications in the electrical & electronics sector. We distribute XANTAR® C from Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics in Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
