Together with leading partners such as LyondellBasell, Celanese, Ascend, ELIX Polymers, Trinseo, Teijin, HYOSUNG, SKYTECH and its own bioplastics brand BIO-FED, the company will present solutions that combine ecological responsibility with technical excellence.

K.D. Feddersen presents a versatile PP portfolio from LyondellBasell. From transparent compounds for innovative lighting effects in automotive design to creep-optimised grades for high performance, flame-retardant Polyflam compounds for E+E/automotive and sustainable Circulen solutions made from recycled and bio-based raw materials.

With POM ECO-C from Celanese, K.D. Feddersen presents a sustainable POM. CO₂ emissions from other industries are captured and used as raw material to produce POM (so-called carbon capture). This results in a product with a particularly low carbon footprint. In addition, Zytel® HTN, a high-temperature polyamide (nylon) based on partially aromatic polyphthalamides (PPA), and Zytel® LCPA, a long-chain polyamide (PA 6.10, PA 6.12, PA 10.10), are being introduced.

In the field of high-voltage applications, K.D. Feddersen is showcasing Ascend's Starflam® 500 Series – glass fibre-reinforced PA 6.6 with excellent electrical and thermal resistance. Also available in orange, it offers outstanding colour stability at high temperatures and under UV exposure for long periods of time.

With the new E-LOOP ABS solutions from ELIX Polymers, including H605 MR and P2H-AT MR, which offer up to 40% PCR content and are characterised by good heat resistance (automotive) and high flowability.

The portfolio also includes MEGOL™ ECO (2nd Gen) from Trinseo, TPEs with over 60% recycled content, and ALTUGLAS™ R-Life, sustainable PMMA with the highest optical quality and a reduced carbon footprint.

POKETONE™ (PK) from HYOSUNG complements K.D. Feddersen's range. A versatile polyketone with excellent chemical and hydrolysis resistance and low moisture absorption. New additions include M33FG6B (30% GF-reinforced) and halogen- and PFAS-free, flame-retardant PK grades.

With Panlite LT-7150SC from Teijin, K.D. Feddersen introduces a new PC light guide grade with high transparency, colourlessness and flowability (MVR 60), ideal for long light guides in automotive and display applications.

For maximum circular economy, K.D. Feddersen is adding high-quality recycled plastics (rABS, rPS) from Skytech to its portfolio. These products consist of up to 100% post-consumer recycled feedstock (ELV/WEE), offer properties on a par with new materials and comply with standards such as EN71-3 for toys.

In the field of bioplastics, K.D. Feddersen is showcasing solutions from the BIO-FED brand: M·VERA®, biodegradable polyester compounds with up to 100% renewable content (TÜV Austria certified), and M·BIOBASE®, bio-based, mass-balanced polymers (ISCC Plus) for CO₂ reduction, also with wood fibre reinforcement.
