ELIX® ABS from ELIX Polymers is an amorphous thermoplastic plastic that is produced in emulsion process and therefore has a very high gloss level. This ABS is notable generally for its excellent mechanical properties and good flowability. ELIX® ABS electroplating grades P2MC and ULTRA 4115 PG feature a good and homogenous distribution of the butadiene particles and thus a high surface quality for optimal electroplating.

K.D. Feddersen offers various high-temperature-resistant ABS grads especially for the automotive industry, for example emission-reduced and low-ordour high-heat grades such as ELIX® ABS HH 3105, HH 3110 and HH 3114 for automotive interior applications. The ABS is also available pre-dyed in the desired automotive color of the respective OEM and with UV stabiliser.

With ELIX® ABS M220 you get a commercially attractive injection moulding grade. Due to its light inherent color ELIX® M220 is very suitable for self-coloring. Furthermore, ELIX® ABS M220 is also available in standard black.

ELIX® Chemical Compliance (CC) is an appropriate solution for applications with food contact, cosmetic containers or toys. These products are produced according to Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and product specific declarations of conformity are available. Additionally, you receive other ABS solutions at K.D. Feddersen, such as the tried and tested P2H-AT or ABS/PC H801.

ELIX® ABS and ABS blends are available in natural and black. Many grades are also available in numerous RAL colors, vehicle colors and special colors as well as with UV stabilisation, for example:
