ABS

ABS from ELIX Polymers is an amorphous thermoplastic that is produced in an emulsion process and thus has a very high gloss level. The ABS is particularly characterised by its excellent mechanical properties and good flowability. Due to their homogeneous butadiene particle distribution, ABS electroplating grades P2MC and ULTRA 4115 PG have a high surface quality for optimal electroplating.

We offer various high-temperature-resistant ABS grades from ELIX Polymers especially for the automotive industry, for example emission-reduced and low-ordour high-heat grades such as ABS HH 3105, HH 3110 and HH 3114 for interior applications. The ABS is also available pre-dyed in the desired automotive colour of the respective OEM and with a UV stabiliser.

With ABS M220 you get a commercially attractive injection moulding grade from ELIX Polymers. Due to its light inherent colour, M220 is very suitable for self-colouring. Apart from that, ABS M220 is available in standard black.

Chemical Compliance (CC) is an appropriate solution for applications with food contact, cosmetic containers or toys. These products from ELIX Polymers are produced according to Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and product specific declarations of conformity are available. Additionally, we offer ABS solutions such as the tried and tested P2H-AT or ABS/PC H801.

ABS and ABS blends from ELIX Polymers are available in the colours natural and black. Many grades are also available in numerous RAL colours, vehicle colours and special colours as well as with UV stabilisation.
