Our application technicians have years of experience and act as your contact person to give you advice for all technical questions and to support you at your production site.

We offer more than just raw materials. We accompany you on the way from deciding over the best raw material to developing new devices, choosing the method of production, introducing and processing new products as well as adjusting all necessary tools.

 

Moreover, we simulate the form-filling and the die-cast concept, analyze the dwell pressure and calculate possible distortions with the computer-aided engineering tool Moldflow®. Interpreting the results and possible optimizations are included in our service. With this approach, problems like badly filled splines, air inclusions, or binding lines can be avoided.

 

Together with our sister companies in the Feddersen Group, we develop and produce individual technical compounds and master batches.
