Since being founded in 1985, K.D. Feddersen Holding GmbH owns all companies belonging to the Feddersen Group.
Furthermore, the holding provides central services to its affiliated companies. Controlling, bookkeeping, information technology and human resource management are operated here. K.D. Feddersen Foundation is the holding´s sole owner.
Feddersen Group has emerged from K.D. Feddersen Co., founded in 1949 by Karl Detlef Feddersen. All companies belonging to the group have one thing in common: They all have decades of experience in the worldwide distribution of chemical and technical products. In addition to this, some of our companies have specialized in the distribution of stainless steel or the manufacturing of engineering plastics.
With branches and subsidiaries worldwide, we partner with leading manufacturers of chemicals, capital goods and consumer products. In addition to our operations in foreign trade, we act as plastics distributor in Europe and Asia, buy and sell stainless steel, and both develop and produce plastics for special applications.
